This is not a course. It’s just a group of women who will try to put more happiness in their lives. Come join us as we try to find more ways to be happy. We meet, share our stories (optional) learn what research shows about achieving happiness and hopefully disburse with new tools to take into our lives. We believe that there is great healing that takes place simply when women gather together. And so, if nothing else, it's a gathering of supportive women. But hopefully it's more!
